I tried to swipe the pattern to my phone too many times and it locked. Someone created my other g mail account ugo...@gmail.com (which is the g mail account to recover my phone), so I do not know the security question answer, password or alternate email the person used. They do not remember either because they create accounts for many people that he sells phones to. Please help, my phone has been locked for about a year now. What can i do? HELP! :\

Hi Melissa,
Try this:
- Click on the https://www.google.com/
accounts/recovery link. - Select the first option, I don't know my password
- Enter the name of GMail account
- Click on the blue Continue button
- In the next page, under the blue Continue button on this page, you'll see "Can't access any of these recovery options? Verify your identity by answering multiple questions about your account." (I've attached an image for your convenience)
- Click on the link Verify your identity.
- This will bring you to a form where you can answer questions about the account and attempt to reclaim it.
Answer as many questions as possible, and make sure the answers are accurate or close to it. If unsure about an answer, provide the best guess, and give a valid and working email address for Google to respond back should they need to.
With my best wishes,Replies

Hi Melissa,
You would need to know some information about the account to initiate the recovery process and prove ownership of the account.
If you do not remember any recovery email address, or didn't enter any during set-up, or do not remember important recovery information and password, then you'd need to ask any contact you've sent messages to to verify what the username is. Once you receive confirmation, you can go about making an attempt to recover that account.

Melissa,
Submitting the account recovery form is the proper way to contact Google in these cases. Answer as many questions as possible, and make sure the answers are accurate or close to it. If unsure about an answer, provide the best guess. For example, your account must have been created on or around the date you purchased the phone. You can check your receipts for an approximate date. If you have used your account somewhat actively, you should be able to remember or guess with reasonable accuracy the answers to the other questions.
Give it a try and see how things turns out. You can't be any worse off than you already are.
With my best wishes,
